Workshop fee will be US$ 1,350 inclusive of Workshop materials, morning & afternoon snacks, and lunch (during Workshop sessions). In addition, participants are expected to pay for their own airfare/transportation, board and lodging costs. A special, discounted hotel rate of Rp 435.000 (equivalent with US$ 50 at Rp 8600/US$ 1) per room/night inclusive of breakfast, tax and service charge, has been offered exclusively to workshop participants by the 5-star Kuta Paradiso Hotel which is one of the Workshop sponsors, and where the QCS-3 Workshop will be held. The minimum suggested food allowance is about US$ 15/day.

The following cancellation fee will be assessed:
(a) 2 weeks prior to workshop starting date: US$ 750
(b) 4 weeks prior to workshop starting date: US$ 500
