Ms. Ruru has been the Senior Manager
of HR-Training & Development Sub Division at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. since
1999. She started her career with The Chase Manhattan Bank NA Jakarta in
1975 and her last assignment was as a Branch Manager. She had several years
experience with local banks prior to joining BCA in 1995 as Marketing Manager
of Personal Financial Service Division. In 1997, she moved to BCA's Training
Center and her current responsibilities are in training operation including
the marketing of the programs, training budget as well as program evaluation.She holds B.A. from IKIP Negeri Manado and attended several courses for her professional development.
