Bali, August 25-31, 2004. The 3rd International Workshop on "Enhancing
Training Quality through Customer Service (QCS-3): Caring for Clients Before,
During and After Training" is offered as a collaborative learning opportunity
for training executives/managers and educational planners/practitioners from
higher-educational institutions and universities, as well as from non-degree and
in-service training institutions to identify, discuss and master relevant,
"State-of-the-Art" principles and methods of customer service in training.
